Large high rise hotel we were on floor 25 with a wonderful view of the river and Dragon Bridge. The room was large spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet varied and catered for all nationalities. Overall a fine place to stay. Location was good for night market was 10 mins walk. Dragon Bridge 15 mins walk. Only downside and this is no fault of the hotel is building work next door w high is a bit noisy and an eyesore.

The customer experience was exceptional, particular call outs to Julie from Reception and Nyi and Rinnie from Hang River 1 restaurant where we had our dinner.

Staff were absolutely professional and caring Breakfast was great The grand premium Room was very good size and setting, lighting, beddings Kids club was a great place for our kids View on dragon bridge was great They catered well to allergy needs for dine-in Lobby is beautiful and a truly luxury 5*

We walked in after not having a great experience with a hotel we originally booked and thankfully they still had a room available for us. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from day one and all the way throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, close walking to the night markets and dragon bridge. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and bed super comfortable after long days of exploring. Buffet breakfast had endless options to cater to every cuisine and was very yummy! We would definitely return here if we came back to Da Nang!

Everything! From the lovely staff to the rooms. My kid especially loved the kiddom (?) and the pool, we really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Danang.
