When we arrived we were taken to our room, it had sand nail clipping and hair on the floor. It has defiantly not been cleaned. I asked for up grade which they did we had the president suit wow but still the floors had sand and ball of hair and a plastic wrapper on the floor of the bathroom.We then had to move to a suit for two night which was beautiful and clean. Then our last night we moved to a family room, it was a night mare moving 3 times in 4 nights. They did give us a free massage which was lovely but lasted 40 mins and it should have been an hour. The staff on reception were so embarrassed at the state of the rooms, they did rectify the problems . A lot off moaning but it’s not cheap and it was a shame because the staff were lovely and breakfast and pool were perfect. It was our holiday and they made it difficult, having to pack up and wait for the next room. The free afternoon tea was lovely served on the terrace

Close to the beach and a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast had good choices. The afternoon tea on the rooftop was a nice touch. Was ok value for money.

Great location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Great rooms but did not love the shower set up with the bath. I had to shower on my knees.
