To secure a reservation, please contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance.According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.Please review your reservation and ensure that you have provided the accurate number and ages of children. If you have not provided this information during the reservation process, kindly note that there will be a children surcharge at the hotel, which you will need to pay upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Breakfast can be very busy but staff is on top of it refilling the whole time. Very good spread, and a lot to choose from. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is at the beach and a nice walk on the promenade, with a good choice of restaurants.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and Subeo went out of her way to make our stay a memorable and enjoyable one. The breakfast everyday was great and the food at the restaurant was very nice too. Will definitely stay again :)

The service was exceptional. Our first room had faced the beach and a partially constructed building, which wasn't a great view. However, upon request, the staff had shifted us to another room the following night once it was available. They also sent us some fruits to make up for the view. Also, on the first night, our toddler wasn't feeling well and had vomited in his cot. The staff came quickly and helped us to replace the sheets and mattress, which helped us greatly as we were too tied up with making sure our toddler didn't vomit again.

HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang is a solid choice for a comfortable and stylish stay, even if the weather doesn’t play nice. Located right on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, it offers easy access to My Khe Beach and local attractions. While I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop infinity pool with a sunset view thanks to non-stop rain, the hotel still delivered on comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfy beds and all the modern amenities you’d expect. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making sure everything ran smoothly. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and international options, and the rooftop bar was still a nice spot to relax, even if the view was more grey skies than ocean. The afternoon tea provided was a great way to start the afternoon. Despite the weather, the hotel made for a great base in Da Nang, and I’d happily stay again—hopefully with some sunshine next time!
