The entire stay was enjoyable. Girls at reception, kitchen and cleaning were all nice and friendly, especially Nancy, who always did all she could to make my stay comfortable.There are lots of cafes, restaurants, massage and mart in the neighborhood; 5 min walk to the beach. Nobody sang karaoke or loud music in the area during my stay. Good value for money hotel, and highly recommended when you visit Da Nang.

My family of six recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Special thanks to Helena, Lyna, Gigi, Bella, and Nancy for their outstanding service—always warm, attentive, and professional. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. We were especially touched by the surprise birthday cake and beautiful fruit platter they prepared for my son, which made his special day even more unforgettable. Additionally, I’d like to commend Thuý, who manages the spa. Her friendliness and professionalism truly stood. I look forward to a spa session at the hotel in future. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and cheerful, creating such a warm and positive atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Our elderly parents also thoroughly enjoyed the diverse cuisine, which included flavors from another part of the world—such a nice touch and very much appreciated. A special thank you to Ms. Gigi, who went above and beyond to personally take care of all the guests. Her attention to detail and warmth really made our stay extra special. Would definitely stay here again, when visit Vietnam next time.

It was the best hotel that we stayed in our Vietnam holiday. Beds were large and comfortable with mattress toppers. Power points were well placed. Breakfast was excellent , with many choices at buffet. Nice view from breakfast room. Friendly and helpful staff. Gina made us passionfruit desert at our first breakfast and was very helpful in providing directions to nearest bank. Nancy gave us mango on our last day.. Helena and Lyna helped with our washing orders, taxi ordering, and tour booking. There was also a helpful porter who carried our luggage. Location was excellent, only 700m from beach and close to restaurants. Quiet street. All in all, a great stay.

I had some doubts when I first arrived at the hotel but I soon realised we had selected a great hotel. We were upgraded complimentary and looked after by the staff for our entire stay. Unfortunately we had really poor weather with rain every day but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Big shout out to Helena, Luna, Nancy, Grigi and Bella for making our family holiday so memorable. I honestly felt like they cared. Great staff!!

Staff is very attentive!! Special thanks to Nancy, she has immediately changed my room to a quiet one because I'm a light sleeper. Location is good, there are many choices of restaurant/cafe, mini mart and also laundry around. My Khe beach is just 5mins short walk for the hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff! We had complimentary ginger tea when check-in. Very big bed in our room! Clean room and spotless bedding. Good location.
