One our first day we were greeted with a semi warmed welcome , this is quite surprising as we are in a 5 start resort . Our receptionist appeared to be irritated on the day and I can sense her attitude . No one assist is with our luggage ( this is a huge hotel resort ) and we were given the direction how to get to ur room on our own accord . When we arrived to our room , the smell of chemical was so over powering that after 5 minutes I developed a headache . It was quite obvious we were put in a room that has not been occupied for a very long time . We got moved to a different room eventually . We thought we check out the casino which was on the property and we cannot believe the staff at the cashier. One of the rudest staff we have ever come across especially the gentleman that was always there with glasses and the girl who deals with exchanging the tickets to cash . They were absolutely rude claimed they didn’t speak English and spoke to us like we were people from the Street. There are a lot of Chinese tourist visiting the resort and they are traded with upmost respect . We felt that because we weren’t Chinese we were treated very differently. We were never rude to the staff but the casino staff at this resort needs to learn some etiquette on manners. If you’re thinking of going to the casino be prepared for disgusting treatment. I would like to come in the stuff at the pool and the lifeguards. They are absolutely respectful and beautiful people.
