Communication before our stay was great, the location is an easy 10min walk to the main area of Hoi An, but in a peaceful and quiet location. The hotel is filled with interesting art, and fabulous decorations. Breakfast was served overlooking the delta and was delicious. very happy with our stay, and would definitely recommend

Excellent location as it was very close to the centre but not in the chaos of the centre. The rooms we had were spacious and beautifully decorated. The best bit was the art by the artist whose grandson is now running the hotel. Fabulous paintings which illustrate the beauty of Vietnam in a truly original manner.

Big room with big bed, nice veranda, good size bath tub. We arrived early and we were allowed to have a shower which i think is great service.

Gorgeous, spacious room with balcony overlooking the garden and river. Central Hoian is now so busy and noisy, we chose this location, 15-20 min walk from town centre and were really glad that we did. Breakfast is local, no choice but very nice and served upstairs in a really beautiful, dark wood room with views across the river.
