The decor and ambience of the property was great and just as expected with the pictures. It’s in a relatively quiet part of Canggu which is a bonus, if that’s what you’re after. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

I love it! it’s a beautiful hotel, all the rooms are unique, the pool area is gorgeous and plenty of areas to lounge around on. the breakfast is always delicious and the staff are really friendly. whatever people complain about in reviews is stupid I’ve been here 6 times I can’t stay away

My first hotel where the photo is absolutely inconsistent with reality. The room is dark and small, all the textiles are in holes, torn rugs, the light is like by candlelight, it stinks of mold like in the basement, with a high check per night. I was offered another room when I turned it down, but with an extra charge of three times more! At the same time, the hotel manager shouted and I felt like I was in a bazaar. This is the worst service, the worst service in my life. The mood was spoiled, as was the rest in this hotel! I do not recommend!
