The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Guests who plan to arrive later than check-in time, must contact the property in advance. Please note that check-in time on Saturday, Shabbat, is at 08:00 pm. When booking 3 rooms or more, 10% non refundable deposit will applyPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Breakfast was excellent, just what we needed. Chose the place to relax and we did just that. The swimming pool provides a great relief from the heat. Touring the surrounding was also enjoyable (Nahal hashofet and Ein hashofet)

The staff is great, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is nice. The kibbutz is so quiet, ideal for resting with kids. The pool is great.

The room was nice, the place is quite and the personal was helpful. Value for money. The breakfast is served latest at 0930, which is a bit early. We notice 2 different breakfast modes. When only few gusts, it was minimalistic, while when the guesthouse was full, it was very nice with a lot of choices.
