location, location, location, very central, 15 minutes from airport, 5 minutes walk to underground metro lines 5 minutes to overground trains,15minutes to high speed train stations. close to main shopping malls and restraunts.

Not easy to find and settle in the room. Fortunately we have local friend to find property and make phone calls to get a key for the room.

Perfect location, but not easy to find property. Fortunately we have local friend to help us to settle in Xiuzhu Mansion Apartment and get a key. Departure to airport at 4:30 a.m. was easy via manager of property by taxi ( 40 yuan).

Location. Easy reach of airport, train local, metro and highspeed.lots of shopping and sights near by. Beautiful sea views and board walk adjacent to conference center.people very helpful.

Near to the Harbour. Big Appartment, big skyscraper. Take the subway, line 2, station conference center, to go to the sea!

The host Ms.Liu was very kind and warm. She tried to support us in many ways to make our stay comfortable. Very flexible and also very easy to reach out. Response is very fast. Location is very very good. Many restaurants and also we loved local street market 5 minutes from the hotel. Local brealfast was very delicious.

The room was larger than I expected and the bedroom was comfortable. The location is extremely convenient in my opinion with a local market nearby. This building is where locals live so you can sort of experience what living as a local feels like. The bathroom has heating and the tap & bath water turns warm quickly.

The apartment is located in the downtown area very close to Zhongshan Square and gives very convenient access to metro and bus routes. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate well through WeChat. I came back one day to find a lovely gift of fresh cherries 🍒.
