We were lucky enough to get the apartment that overlooked the beach. The views were fantastic and the area is peaceful. Ashraf the manager was absolutely fantastic in making our stay truly memorable. Such a lovely friendly guy and very helpful in every way possible. He even gave us a lovely gift to take home with us. He arrange our excursion which was awesome and was always handing out free soft drinks and ice creams. A hotel is as only as good as the staff that run it and in this regard I would say that it is exceptional. Thank you Arshraf and all the staff for a fabulous experience ❤️ Dahab and Shams dive resort

the hotel i really good located, the breakfastand restaurant really good. all the stuff at the restaurant and outside were really nice and in a good mood. the room was confortable and had really relaxing days.

it is in front of the sea, they offer breakfast and restaurant at night. the people at the restaurant and supporting stuff were so kind and in a really good mood. the enviroment is calm and rooms confortable.

All the staff members of the hotel, dive centre and restaurant are just amazing, when I checked out and left the hotel I felt like I have left a family behind. The food at the restaurant is delicious and right on the beach , the rooms are cosy and clean, the location is perfect, I had the best time!

It is one of the few locations that truly comprehend what it takes to work in the hospitality industry. The staff's professional yet friendly manner was the main reason the visit was wonderful. Mr. Ashraf is a wonderful guy who is willing to go above and beyond to assist in any way he can. The rooms were tidy, had a pleasant scent, and had no spiderwebs, stained bed linens, or stray hairs here or there. As for the dive centre, excellent instructors and dive masters, brand-new equipment, and excellent organization. When I took my sidemount speciality with Mr. Shams, I was astounded by his level of expertise, professionalism, and commitment. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and other necessities, just a 2 to 5 minute walk away. Ultimately, the entire crew made this an amazing experience.
