we didn’t know how luxurious the place is! first thing when we arrived we saw the breathtaking view, they welcomed us right away and took our bags, the hotel itself is beautiful and the room was amazing and comfortable, the employees were so nice and it was a true fun vacation. even better than what booking described the place

I know the place from the time it was LeMeridien, it's a huge resort, many pools, fresh and salt water. Almost all rooms have a beautiful view of the sea, The rooms are well planned, with a big bath, open to both the room and the back porch which has a separate shower and a magical atmosphere. The room is generally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food was mostly traditional Egyptian, and had substantial diversity.

Great Hotel good location. I like to be the king of the castle to live away from the city centre but be on top of everything in the mountain because I’m king of the castle .

The interior and exterior design creates great atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job, special thanks to the Spa team! The location and infrastructure is great, too. You’ve got all you need on the premises and the city is a 10min drive away. The nee hear party was awesome, and s pleasant surprise!

I love so much that hotel. We spend amazing New Year in Retac, galla dinner was so good. Hotel prepare for us also gift. Party was absolutelly awesome. I will back next year for sure!

The staff was the best thing in this hotel. I HAVE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD and no one had the same hospitality ever like this staff. I would recommend that this hotel put the best investment in its staff to maintain the same level. I loved the rooms 114 113 112 all of them were amazing. It was direct on the sea with the lagoona view absolutely recommended to get the sea view !
