The staff is truly exceptional, so kind, attentive, and always making sure everything is perfect. The food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal; the buffets were rich, flavorful, and never repetitive, soooooo yummy . The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located right by the beach with easy access. There is also entertainment and activities throughout the day, so you never get bored. I highly recommend this place 1000%! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone, with love !

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner. Activities were optional but the hourly repeated requests of the animations and SpA team did not match the luxury level of the hotel.

Overall the hotel was great, small and calm. The beach was great and clean. About the staff there was islam at the pool bar, this guy is a great guy i loved him he cheers u up and always smiling even tho it can be hard sometimes. Maher the assistant manager was a great guy he was so welcoming and a nice person. About the receiption , it took them like 15 or 20 minutes for someone to even check our reservation, but the can be helpful and nice , they doesnt smile much. Animiation team sucks, sorry to say but they repeat activities alot and the night activities just not good. Omar,abdelrahman,samy and farag in the restaurant just made our vacation better best people in the hotel. Mokhtar is the best life guard ever. Hotel is old, rooms are old should be reinovated and the rooms are small, and the cleaning wasnt that good, we had to ask for mini bar water and towels like everyday. I recommend to visit this nice hotel.

The room was really good abd i can’t describe how the staff was so nice and friendly and welcoming all the time Specially Beshoy the bar tender was very very professional and friendly Samy at restaurant was very helpful and very nice Thanks jaz. I will come back again soon for sure

Amazing staff who make you very comfortable - big shout out to Abdulrahman, Islam and Mohammed in particular. Lovely buffets for meals and Sea Breeze Restaurant nice for Western style lunch options. Very clean, beautiful beach and pool area. Free shuttle into town.

This is the third time to stay in Jaz Dahabia. The hotel has a very good location. It is close to al mamsha. It provides a free shuttle bus twice a day, heated swimming pool, excellent sandy beach. Hotel reception staff were very polite and . supportive. Many thanks to Mr Kirollos, the receptionist who offered us an upgrade to a pool view room. Our meal plan was half board. Very good food quality. The Egyptian food on Friday was more than amazing.
