A historic and traditional Korean house is nestled in a quiet alley right by Namsan Station, seamlessly blending into the modern city. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the subway. The owners, a warm and friendly elderly couple, speak English and are very responsive to messages on booking.com. They also check in on guests’ arrival times. The traditional ondol floor heating makes winter stays cozy, and the room is equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and plenty of blankets. All in all, this was the most enjoyable accommodation during our two-week trip to Korea!

It is a little hidden gem in the middle of Daegu and it showcases what traditional korean housing was like many years ago. The staff were lovely, kind and was very informative when it came to explaining all the rules and how to use appliances in our room

It was a very comfortable lodging. Small room with comfortable bedding and shower + toilet. I would stay there again when I go back to Daegu.

The guesthouse is typical, very cute and confortable. The location is perfect, straight from the subway, but still very calm. The host is so nice and welcoming.

Not only was the host incredibly flexible, but he went out of his way to ensure my safety as a solo female traveller and even offered to pick me up while I was lost. The room is so, so peaceful. A wonderful gentle place to rest, and a dream to wake up to the next day

Owner was most kind, thoughtful and helpful. (We came back from a walk and he had put our shoes under cover due to rain). Central to most things. Clean and well stocked bathroom.

The host was really nice and friendly. Location is good right next to the metro station. Super clean! Honestly, the stay exceeded our expectations. Great experience in hanok house and loclas are extreamly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back!
