The staff is very attentive, helped every time. Several times they gave treats. The hotel looks like new everywhere, very clean. The sauna is warm, this is a great bonus for such little money. We arrived in Dalat in January and it was +10 at night, they gave us a heater and the room was very warm. Beautiful sunsets can be watched from the viranda on the roof, 360 degree view, available to all residents. I liked everything, thank you! Top hotel!

Incredible service from start to finish. We were so well taken care of by the hotel manager and staff, I have never experienced anything like it in Vietnam. So friendly and accommodating. The rooms were stunning and felt premium with our own personal sauna. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing staff! Very hospitable and caring. We arrived late into the night because of our flight being delayed. They were so sweet and understanding, even served us tea and cookies. Amazing team that was incredibly friendly, supportive, and informative. They gave us a list of places to eat, visit, etc. You can rent their motorbikes there for cheap and it's close to the centre of everything. Rooms were clean and neat. Each morning, cleaners came in to make the bed, provide new towels, and get rid of the rubbish. On the night we left, all available staff came out to wave us goodbye at the car. So sweet and definitely felt like luxurious service. Would definately stay here again

This hotel is exceptional. The staff were lovely. The rooms were modern and clean. The food was awesome, especially the home made dishes. We felt really invited and comfortable during our stay.

New building placed in nice area. Very clean rooms. All you need in the room, breakfast is good. Very friendly and nice staff 🙏🏻

Had a great stay at California hotel, the reception staff and the security guard were always extremely helpful and welcoming. The room had tv with netflix, the most comfortable bed I've had in 3 months of travelling, amazing bathroom, aircon was great, and everything was spotless! Would 100% recommend staying here! Location is a little bit out of town but in a nice quiet street, also really easy to get a grab there or rent a bike at the hotel.

The location is very quiet and beautiful. Its close to coffee shops & town. The room was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very helpful and kind.
