Very friendly staff, we arrived early and they made sure our room was ready as soon as possible so that we could get in earlier. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Perfect location, in the heart of the city.

The receptionists were always lovely and friendly. Especially Carina and Melissa. They helped me when a tour didn’t turn up to pick me up, they allowed me to store my luggage for a whole day free of charge

The location is central and close to the main square of Cusco that it is full of restaurants, café and bars which makes the stay easy. The personnel was really kind and helpful during our stay.

Location- very convinient Rooms are spatious and clean The staff is very warm and accomodating. Sameer Ahmed took good care of us. The rest of the staff is very attentive and tended to our requests immediately.

Excellent personnel, very kind and helpful. The location was more than perfect, just 50 metres from the main square and still very quiet. Clean and cozy facilities.The day we left very early for a daily tour they prepared breakfast in a box. During our trip to machu Picchu, they kept the luggage without charging. When I will return to Cusco we will definitely go there again.
