For VAT payment exemption, please be sure to provide passport with date of entry stamped the TAM Andean Immigration Card.Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location was great - the San Pedro Market was just 3 mins walk and it was about 15 mins to the main square. Breakfast was great - love the live egg and waffle stations! Staff were also extremely warm and helpful.

Very good location. Very good breakfast, many in the staff were nice. Alot of activities if you wanna join. The small warm bottles were perfect after a day out.

The hotel is very nice. The only problem is the soundproof of the rooms, you can hear every guest talking outside or walking.

We had a lovely time at the union hotel. We stayed 8 days. The hotel itself is very pretty, calm but lively! The central court is perfect to read a book and relax during the afternoon, or to have a drink in the evening with live music everyday! Our bedroom was perfect, the facilities are modern and clean. The staff was wonderful with us. Breakfast time was great, there are a lot of choices and freshly cooked dishes. We advise you to book the free activities, we tested them all and it made our trip very special. Special thank you to Veronica and Kiki!

Very pleasant design of common areas. Cute alpaca is simply adorable. Breakfast is excellent. Location is unbeatable- walking distance to downtown.

Staff was incredibly nice, breakfast was amazing, includes mimosas! Room was comfortable, the bed was nice and big.

This was a nice quiet hotel close enough to the all the action (Huacachina isn't that big!) but a great alternative to the party hostels that surround the area. The pool is wonderfully refreshing and it is amazing to be able to sit out there in the courtyard, surrounded by massive sand dunes.

I actually stayed here twice. Once upon my arrival in Cusco and again after completing the Inca Trail and my experiences were a little different. The room on my first stay was located near the back, so was somewhat quieter than my second stay. They provided me with welcome chocolates, some filtered water and brought hot water bottles to keep the bed warm at night. I did not receive any of those things upon my second stay however. My second room was at the front of the hotel (overlooking the street), so was not as quiet, but it was much larger and included a bathtub (I think I may have been placed in a suite). They have their own pet alpaca!!!!!! I was looking to buy some wine so I could take on the trail with me. Someone from the hotel restaurant talked to me about some of the different local Peruvian wines and told me where I could buy the wine (which was at the end of the street on the corner, where there is a full grocery store....very convenient!)
