The beds were warm, the showers amazing, the breakfast was exceptional. The staff are brilliant. The hotel is clean and has great seating areas, couches and even games to play. It’s been the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in in Peru.

The decor of the hotel; all rooms are very tastefully decorated compared with other hotels. The beds were super comfy. The service was exceptional. Diego in the reception was excellent, always very responsive and helpful and gave us good recommendations for dinner etc. He arranged taxis for us to get to town and the airport and the price was very reasonable. They also provided luggage storage while we went to Machu Picchu. Karina in the kitchen was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. The cleaning staff was very pleasant too. I particularly liked the available coffee and tea at all times in the sitting room areas and I liked the rooftop bar although unfortunately I didn't get an opportunity to take full advantage of it as it was closed when we decided to go. This was our favourite hotel in Peru and we extended for two nights here.

The lady serving breakfast was very lovely, a definite highlight of the place, she deserves a raise whatever she earns :)
