“For Southeast Asians, bring portable bidet.”
13 Dec 2024
As a southeast asian that travelled outside the asia for the first time, the toilet doesn't have a bidet, I brought my own portable bidet tho. The room isn't warm. Although you can request a room heater for free, you still need to wear your slippers because the floor is cold. They also change your used towels everyday, that is a plus!

Good price, cosy and nice rooms. Staff were really friendly and helpful and let us keep our stuff at the hotel while we did different tours. Thank you Kevin for being extra helpful to us!

Good breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, cereals...), good hot shower, the best WiFi I encountered in Peru, excellent location (10mins from Plaza de Armas, 2mins to San Pedro train station, pharmacy and market nearby) and last but definitely not least the staff. They are helpful and friendly (a special thank you to Kevin)

Kevin at the reception was very helpful and found my headphones.

“We stayed here for 2 weeks and we enjoyed our stay.”
25 Nov 2024
The location was great - right next to San Pedro market and walking distance to all main attractions in Cusco. There was also an Orion Supermarket close by to do groceries. Breakfast was good especially the banana pancakes! Our room was great. Lots of storage. Super comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. Our shower took awhile to heat up, but once it did, the temperature and water pressure was great. Kevin at reception was lovely and super helpful. Mucho gracias Kevin! Cusco is expensive compared to the rest of Peru because it is quite touristy, so the hotel was great value for money! We would stay here again if we came back to Cusco.

“Unbeatable location, great value for money”

Brilliantly located, immediately in front of San Pedro train station and market. 10 minute walk to the historic centre. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

“Great accomodation and service”
15 Nov 2024
The staff was great, especially Kevin has always been very friendly and ready to help. Rooms were very clean, with fresh towels every day. The breakfast ist also great with plenty of options. The location is close to the central market and 5-7 minutes from the main square. Since the hotel is located next to a calm road, the rooms were pretty quiet. Warm water was provided, you just need 3-5 minutes waiting time until the water was hot enough.

“Brilliant little apartment with good buffet breakfast!”
08 Nov 2024
We stayed in one of the One-Bedroom Apartments, ours was right at the top of the hotel on the 4th floor. [Tip: if it's your first few days being up at altitude - go s.l.o.w.l.y up the stairs!] The apartment was very nice, light and bright, with two skylights, instead of windows. So there wasn't a view from the room itself. The little kitchen was super clean and well equipped. If you're going to be in Cusco for 1+ weeks and would like the option to do some cooking/make teas, then highly recommend an apartment like this one. The bed was very comfy and warm. The shower had good pressure, just the temperature was tricky to get right (sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold). There was an electric heater provided in the room, which we had to use every night because the rooms do get cold (drafts from the skylights). The breakfast was a buffet style, very laid-back atmosphere and you could help yourself to: bread, toast, scrambled eggs, fried plantain or sweet potato, tequeños with cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals. A decent coffee, milk, selection of teas, hot chocolate etc. The staff were very friendly, especially Kevin on reception. Would definitely stay here again!

“Amazing!”

The property was located centrally & the hotel reception was lovely! They made the stay. The breakfast was the best we have had in Peru- fresh juices, banana pancakes, yogurt, meat and cheese. Thank you

“Superb staff, location and great value for money - totally recommend”

Superbly clean, and in a lovely part of the old city next to the San Pedro train station ( for trains to macchu picchu ) and the market. I rented a one bedroom apartment in the roof - which had its own kitchen and living room. And a lovely roof terrace. The staff were excellent - there is a 24 hour reception which is great when you have to leave on an early trip (4am yikes). Kevin kept in touch via WhatsApp before I arrived as I got delayed which was great. I booked a trip with Washington at Quechua expeditions which is part of the hotel and I highly rate his advice - he was excellent at handling my last minute Requests and guided me carefully on my macchu pichu late request with superb patience and organised everything beautifully. All the staff were amazing. There is a supermarket nearby and everything was so convenient. It’s also a very reasonable price for whact you get.
