I booked 4 nights in a private room and it was excellent. The bed was probably the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in (with 5 pillows!) and was very comfortable. The room was spacious, the shower was hot and it was far from the main door and street so was quiet. Only two downsides - the room has no windows and is directly onto one of the common areas (this posed no problems though) so I couldn’t have the curtains open at all so no natural light. WiFi was good! The breakfast included is very good - buffet style, with eggs, breads, cheese, meats, cereals, tea, coffee, juice, fruit etc. Eat as much as you like! Staff were very friendly. Location excellent. Laundry service quick. I’d have stayed longer but the price for the private room only really allows for a few nights stay - little overpriced by maybe £10 (50 soles) per night.

The location was very easy to find and convenient. The interior was beautiful, like a castle. The shower had warm water. Overall, the place was very clean. The staff were very kind.

Beautiful hostel located in an old building in the center of Cusco. Location is great for exploring Cusco city and starting off on any trips. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay at Hotel Nao Victoria was exceptional! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hostel meets mostly of my expectations, as locations, facilities, friendly staff and the breakfast. The receptionist Maria and David were both incredible and very helpful all time I needed.
