Beautiful inside, very warm and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, the room clean and cosy. Had a fridge and a view of the mountains. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the minute we walked in til we left. Breakfast was delicious and the staff even packed us a take away breakfast for our tour to Machu Picchu. Coca tea on arrival and recommendations on how to prevent manage the change in altitude. They even gave us a little gift upon leaving. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and when we come back to Peru (did not give ourselves enough time to see everything) we will stay here again. Thank you!

This is my second time stay here. I really like this hotel. The staff are very friendly. For example, when I arrived, they immediately gave me a cup of coca tea before checking in. Or when I wear a big coat to have breakfast, they immediately put a mobile heater next to me for me to use. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Location is amazing, walking distance from everything yet tucked away from main road. Rooms are very cozy and clean. The staff is exceptional, so kind and eager to meet your every need. Kindest people I met are in Cusco. Thank you for a lovely stay and if I ever come back I do not think of staying enywhere else!

Rooms were cosy and had everything you needed. Breakfast served was simple but delicious. Staff were extremely attentive and always happy to help. Excellent location walking distance to all main attractions and lots of nice restaurants and cafes around.
