This property is perfect for a few days in Cusco. Comfortable beds, hot showers, extra blankets as it gets quite cool at night (with the option of turning the heater on if needed too). The staff are so accommodating and kind, they helped us organise our bags for when we visited Machu Picchu. The view from the room was beautiful, could see out over the house tops of Cusco. Plenty of amazing restaurants and pharmacies a short walk down the hill, about 15 mins slow walk to the main Plaza too. The hotel has a 24hr tea station, with coca leaves and muna tea on tap! Makes it a lot easier to settle and adjust to altitude. We didn’t have any issues with noise, during the day the street outside the hotel is a tourist attraction in itself (beautiful) so there’s voices then of passers by, but at night we had no issues whatsoever.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and even allowed me to stay after check out to wait for my bus. Very kind people running this hotel. The location is also super good!

The staff is always there to help. The room is really comfortable. Well located! When you have a tour early in the morning and you miss breakfast, they prepare you a lunch bag for your excursion!

Great location. The hills up and then stairs to the entrance were challenging but everyone was friendly and away from traffic noise which was something I appreciated. View from our room was spectacular.

The bed was the biggest and comfiest I have ever slept in! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us to go breakfasts for our super early morning tours.
