This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. Very good location: close to the city's central square. Rooms super clean. Buffet breakfasts - a varied selection; so everyone can choose what they like. Reception staff wonderful! They try to help hotel guests in almost every situation: For me, they arranged contact with the tourist office so that I could see Machu Picchu, because I had no prior reservation and thanks to the efficient and helpful reception, they managed to arrange a guide for me at the so-called last minute and in one package all the tickets and transport, which is not easy logistically, because all tickets to Machu Picchu are bought practically weeks or months in advance. Also, transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was arranged by the very efficient and helpful reception staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was always more than friendly and helpful. Also the Hotel ist perfectly located, quiet at night but close to shops, laundry stores and the city center. We would definitely stay here again!
