Great location! Friendly, helpful staff! We hiked Machu Picchu and were able to leave our bags at the hotel reception which was awesome! Comfortable beds!

Very helpful staff when I became ill, able to organise a Dr from SOS clinic to come to the hotel to treat me. Loved the location, quiet but short walking distance to main square. Beautiful colonial style ambience

The location of the hotel was prime! We were able to walk to the plaza del arms within minutes and there are lots of restaurants and cafe options around. The property itself is beautiful. The staff were always very polite as well with all of my interactions.

right in the historic center of Cuzco, elegant historic building with two courtyards, fountain, reliefs of the walls, it has definitely an atmosphere, freindly staff, rich breakfast, with a lot of fresh fruit, very good value for money, it is not by chance that stayed here just like last year and I definitely will choose this hotel when I return

The staff were extremely helpful. Whether it was helping out with organising a taxi, making suggestions on where to go, sorting laundry, they were just very willing to help out. Rooms are very spacious, beds very comfy, very clean and facilities were all very high quality. It's located all of 5 minutes away from the Plaza del Armas.
