Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Location and the staff! Wow. The customer aervixe ia phenomenal. Marucha and staff do everything to accomadate you. Laundry, bookings, setting up contacts in other places. Exceptional. She is wonderful. It is a simple place but the price is also low! Great value for the budget traveler!!!!

Staying with these people made my trip to Cusco!Genuinely the most lovely accommodating people you could wish to meet. Perfect experience i could not recommend them more! The rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was incredible and the location you cannot beat!! What more do you want? Location - perfect Breakfast - excellent. Eggs, bread, fresh juice, coffee, olives, fruits. Room - basic room but did not need anything more because we were out all day. Staff - wonderful, helpful, friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

The incredibly attentive staff makes this a special stay. The location also cannot be beat - right next to the central plaza. Room was comfortable and the breakfast ample.

We were travelling as two sisters in our 20s and for the first time in South America. The beautiful women of the hotel made us feel so welcome and safe. They took great care of us. Making us tea when we first arrived, a really love packed breakfast for our last day since we were leaving early, and putting in effort to help us with places to eat and day trip ideas.

2nd time we have stayed here within a week as a young family. Once again the staff are superb and extremely helpful, friendly, polite and considerate. Laundry service was good, washed, dried, and returned the same day when leaving it with them early enough in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of duvets, so no chance of being cold in the night. Showers were always hot. As we were departing early in the morning, the staff kindly provided us with packed sandwiches and fruit salad to take with us. The location is excellent, just off Plaza de Armas. A hotel I would definitely recommend and return to.
