We had an excellent stay here after 4 days of hiking. The room was very spacious with a large bed, clean bathroom and hot shower. Excellent location in Cusco and quiet. The staff made this place as they couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful to us.

Great sized room, big bed and very quiet area so we had a great few night sleep. The staff were all very helpful and gave us a packed breakfast for the days we were leaving early. Good hot shower. We recommended Gringo Bills to other travellers we met heading to cusco.

Gjeis and all the other people were very helpful with everything. More than usual. I had a private breakfast just for myself. The bed was very comfortable. The price was very good for that what you get. Overall 10/10 experience

Although we booked very late, there was still a room available at Gringo Bill’s Cusco. We even got an upgrade compared to what we had booked on booking.com. The room was spacious, simple, but clean and the shower was great. The bed was also great (a good mattress and not 1.30m wide which is apparently the standard double size in Peru). The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were surprised how involved they were and how extensive the breakfast was that is part of the overnight stay. They even hang a package with a breakfast togo on the door the last evening when we had to get up early because of a trekking. We have been traveling through Peru for a month now and have not met such friendly staff anywhere.

Wilson is a wonderful host! He organizes transport to wherever in and around Cusco (also airport pick-ups!). The place has a lovely courtyard for the delicious breakfast they serve. Much more of a real hotel than just a hostel! Great location and VERY calm within the busy center of town!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed in Gringo Bill's before, 2 years ago as a solo traveller, and now I brought my friend here as well! We needed two separate beds in a single room but made the booking very late, the reception staff went above and beyond to help us separate the beds late at night. The breakfast server lady was lovely as well. The rooms are great and comfy - the hot shower was oh-so-lovely! I will certainly stay there again next time I visit Cusco!

The staff was incredible! We felt super welcome. The rooms are lovely with a huge, very comfortable bed. The showers are amazing as well with good pressure and hot water. And the location is great as well. We loved it :)
