Safe, secure, clean. Staff were friendly, breakfast was simple but good. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and great size. Shower was hot was good pressure. Not super close to main attractions but not far, about 15 minute walk to Plaza and restaurants. Would stay here again, nice and quiet.

Room was very comfortable and clean, and breakfast was great! The location is really good as well. Staff was extremely friendly, and helped us book a taxi to and from the airport.

The staff here are amazing 24/7. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. They always had a boxed lunch to easy for our day trips if required, even at 2.30am. They always had things covered and maintained great communication.

El Mariscal couldn’t have been better for our trip, We were so undecided on what tours we were doing and how many nights we were staying so we kept coming back here! Staff were so friendly and kept our bags when we went to Machu Pichu for the night! Breakfast was lovely and every day we went on yours they sent a packed lunch with us!

The hotel staff are friendly. The management is very detailed driven. It makes you feel reliable and secure. With their help, I managed to get many things sorted in a very short time as my plan had to be changed due to the strike in the Cusco region. Also received help from the hotel staff when I suffered the attitude in the first two days.

Good breakfast, could either take it in our room or upstairs in the dining room. Location was excellent - quiet area on the outskirts of San Blas with a very short walk to the busier center of the the San Blas area. Staff were very helpful booking taxis, giving directions, storing our luggage until we returned from our trek and then having it ready for us in our room on our return; making up packed breakfasts for the days we left early on day excursions.

The location, room, staff were all beyond lovely! They never said no to anything I asked.. from hot water at 4am, to packed take away breakfast when we left early, to collecting our laundry for us as our tour bus was running late. They were so lovely and went out their way to help us many times. They organised airport taxi pick up for 20 soles (cheaper than Uber!). Basic breakfast but catered for vegetarian food!

Amazing stay at this gem. Always went out their way to help us, clean, room service was great, always had coca tea in a hot flask in reception. Walkable to everywhere, for such a good price!
