Everything! Elizabeth's service and attention goes way beyond I experienced on other previous hotel around Peru. Comfortable beds and room, smooth check in and check out. We even got box lunches when we had to leave early for tours. Totally recommend it!

This was a spectacular place to stay in Cusco. Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable (the extra heater and blankets in the room were a great touch), but the staff here were amazing! The lady who owns the hotel was so kind, thoughtful and attentive to all of the questions I had for her before my arrival. She helped to organize taxis, had some amazing recommendations of food nearby, and even helped me book a PCR test for my travels. The tea in the lobby was also a great treat to have at the end of a long day, and the staff there really took the time to help me have a fantastic experience in Cusco.

The staff was absolutely lovely, kind, helpful and accommodating of reasonable requests. Coca tea provided 24/7 in the lobby is legal in peru and quite helpful with the adjustment to Cusco's altitude. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, many outlets, and was quite clean.
