All the staff were vey helpful , specially Slin at the front desk . We had 2 bookings with a break in between , and had left our baggage with them after the first stay . When we returned , the baggage was already in our room .

Such good value for money. Only a short walk to the main area, clean hotel and helpful staff. Bakery downstairs is a huge bonus.

The staff has been extremely nice to us. They even lent us some cash when we needed. I forgot my jacket in a bus after a day tour and the staff managed to locate it and even hired a taxi so that I could get it back. Forever grateful!

Very friendly reception, they kept my backpack in storage while I was away and it was waiting for me in my newly booked room on arrival. That was an exceptional service. They also changed my room when I wasn't happy about having a window into the hall.The room was simple but enough with good bathroom. The breakfast personnel was kind but extremely slow and not efficient, standing around doing nothing while guests waiting to have tables cleaned and to be served. It is difficult to take when you worked in that kind of business in the west. The place is up the hill. Generally I think it is good value fir your money in Cusco.
