The price does not include the 10% service charge. According to Peruvian legislation, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to paying 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at the time of Check-In at our Hotels.A valid ID must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not allow the entry of minors under 18 years of age without the company of their parents or duly accredited guardian, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All minors under 18 years of age must have an ID or passport to be identified.Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are allowed with an additional cost of US$ 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs will be allowed per room. During your stay, your pet will be able to use, on loan, a dog bed, food bowl and mat. Restrictions and queries to consult directly at the hotel.According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. 1. Located closed to the train station 2. Everything about the hotel is practical for travellers 3. The night shift staff on 20 Dec 2024 (Jorge and another gentleman who wears glasses) were very helpful despite having a large group of guests to check in. The gentleman with glasses gave me and another guest clear directions on where to obtain bus tickets and advised me on what time to leave the hotel and where to get snacks for my Machu Picchu climb - THANK YOU!

The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good as well. They picked us up at the train station.

Very good hotel, right in front of where the train dropped us, the staff was very polite and helpful and the buffet had good selection of food. We liked the view of the river and don't have really negative things to say. We spent only a night there

A great hotel with a great location in Machu Picchu Pueblo. It was a great experience. We were able to get a superior room with a very small price difference. Also, we had free tea at the reception. The room was perfect, with comfy beds and a great hot shower. Would definitively recommend.

Loved this place and have already recommended it for my travel agaency so they can book it for next time. Location between the train rails and the river - magic! Breakfast was more than good! Great that you can fill your waterbottles in the reception.
