We absolutely loved this hotel - everything, but everything - staff, room, restaurant, breakfast, location - all was just fantastic. The staff were so great - they helped us in all kinds of ways and were so kind when we were suffering from altitude sickness - they made us chicken soup even though it wasn’t on the menu to help us. We are going back tomorrow for another night’s stay and very much looking forward to it!

Staff was extremely nice, and the hotel overall too. It combines historical details with modern facilities. And OMG, it smelled so good everywhere as they have eucalyptus in vases here and there. The restaurant was also very good — definitely the best food we had in Peru in 2 weeks. Also, we were leaving early, so they prepared us wonderful packages with sandwiches and snacks to go. Definitely would stay again.

This stat was amazing! Staff were super friendly and caring! We stayed in Cuzco during the cold season and we received hot water bottles and tea everyday from the beautiful staff! Will definitely be staying back here on our next trip to Cuzco!

It was just PERFECT. From the moment you enter the hotel you feel the warm welcome from the whole staff. The room is simply amazing, amenities are incredible, breakfast is absolutely stunning and last, the spa / treatment was super super super. Definitely will be back! thanks <3

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were super comfy. Hot water bottle tucked into the bed to keep it warm was a much appreciated gesture. Breakfast was excellent, especially the Huevos Rancheros. Highly recommend a massage at their spa.

Ticked all the boxes for our main priorities: quiet, comfy bed, decent bathroom, great location, full of character. Plus the staff were lovely, the food was great and they provided box- breakfasts as we had an early departure.
