When we arrived there were building works going on inside and outside the front of the Parador. If we had known in advance we would not have stayed. However, we were offered an upgrade and the staff did all they could to help. Restaurant was lovely as we had our evening meal there on the night of our arrival. It is an experience and I would recommend a visit even for just one night. A very beautiful Parador.

Amazing staff, very helpful and able to communicate well in multiple languages (Spanish, Italians, British and Germans in our group). Spacious, clean bedrooms decorated in a traditional style. Stunning hotel in incredible surroundings. I would happily visit and stay here again!

Wonderful location, staff charming and helpful, hotel full of history and character but all mod cons. Dinner was also great with attentive service. One minor niggle was breakfast, where the buffet selection is small but over-complicated and the coffee is not great (not real espresso, only pods).

Location was perfect adjacent to and overlooking the hanging buildings of Quenca, a fabulously converted monastery. The bedrooms overlooking the entrance courtyard was perfect, large bedroom, lobby, bathroom and separate WC (with spectacular views over the town, We were delighted! Dinner bed and breakfast were all great quality, a perfect start to our holiday.
