My family and I liked a lot our staying in Green River Hostel. Very nice and helpful staff, they helped us with accommodation, let us keep our bags for some hours after check-out and also ordered taxi when we were leaving. Breakfast was lovely, and atmosphere in the hostel was really cozy. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

The staff is very helpful. She recommends me the local food and sightseeing spots. What I like most is the common area, after one day visiting Cuenca, it is necessary to take a break and relax myself. The breakfast is basic but still enough to start a day.

Clean, cleverly made facilities and stylish decor. I felt and slept well there. Nice and easy going staff, breakfast included is a nice bonus. Good location, bus stop from and to Cuenca Fernando Zóbel train station in the radius of 50 meters. Highly recommended.

The room I had, at the front of the building, had a balcony and view more or less over the river, or a clump of trees, at least and an area where people sat relaxing , drinking coffee. I have to say that coming from Madrid where I had been for a week I found this peaceful setting lovely. The room was very big with a ladder leading up to a mezzanine level where I could have slept. I chose however to sleep lower down at floor level. The bathroom was modern. Overall I would rate the room 10+. It exceeded my expectations. The wooden beam work inside the room added to the tastefulness of the room. I would rate the style of the room’s interior 10+. The location of the hotel, on the edge of Cuenca, would be in my view, another advantage and draw. Cuenca is not a big place so anything I needed was available within 5 to 15 minutes walk. The woman on reception, during her shift, was very helpful and I was able to use the washing machine. I would have extended my stay but the room was booked, so I found other accommodation, also very good.
