The room I was given was beautiful, vintage and absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were super lovely and helpful; I had a bus at 6am and they called a taxi for me! The hotel is also located in the perfect location, very close to everything.

The location in historic center was excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was great and served for 3 hours. The power was on all the time despite shortages.

The staff and cleanness was terrific. Breakfast was good. Bed was good for Ecuador generally but for a hotel it could be better. 5 star staff, kind and professional.
