The staff are incredible! Always friendly and happy to give you advice and directions of where to go. Fantastic hot showers and super clean. Their roof top terrace gives amazing views of the city and the 1 and only Andes surrounding this beautiful city!

The room was spacious and had a nice view to the street. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop was really nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Wi-fi was great! Located in the center of the city, close to everything

When I had a problem with my room (wrong plug adapter for the sockets) the staff tried their best & found me a different room the same day, which was a total upgrade from the basic room I had previously

Location=ion was great. Kitchen facilities were wonderful they had a stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, pots, pans, plates cup. . Nice rooftop terrace, with nice staff. Returning in a few days, so glad a friend recommended it!

The terrasse is amazing !! Maria Fernanda gives you her homemade strawberry jam for breakfast. The place is noisy, but it's downtown and with that kind of price, one can't really expect a well insulated palace
