The fine print
Children Spa Access & Swimming TimesPlease note children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the spa (maximum two children per adult) and are allowed in our Spa building and Spa areas from 10:00am until 11:00am and from 3:30pm until 5.00pm daily. Children are not permitted to use the hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room or sauna.
Please note for reservations made within 4 days of the day of arrival, full payment for the stay is required upon check-in.
Dogs are welcome at a charge of £30 per dog per night for maximum of two dogs per room. We recommend booking a Cuckfield room or above to ensure sufficient space. Please note dogs are not permitted in the Spa Suites or Spa building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Spa excellent - massage excellent - facilities in spa excellent - staff helpful - even waiter who forgot initially to bring tea - busy but fun. Breakfast good but service variable - tea came quickly as did the porridge but hot dish and toast were separated and slow - pretty good when they arrived - and buffet looked good. Dinner was overpriced in our view - good without being spectacular - just off the edge of world class. Service was good but realised the difficulties where the waitress service was not from professionals

not the first time we have stayed here for a family event. Sadly our stay this time was to attend a family funeral. Staff treated the whole family (4 rooms 2 nights) with great care and were incredibly helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is cozy and charming, and our room was absolutely delightful and very quiet. We didn't dine in, but the breakfast was very good with lots of options. The spa is great and the fact that we could use it until 2pm on the day of our check out was ideal. Can definitely recommend this place

We stayed in the older part of the property, which was beautiful and perfect for the setting. Everything also felt very clean and it was a comfortable stay. Staff were very warm and friendly. I also received a treatment on Sunday. This was wonderful and worth the money in my view. The indoor to outdoor pool was a great feature.
