Our second visit here on family business. So comfortable both rooms and public areas . Quiet despite proximity to main road .

The restaurant meals were not usual standard and staff promoted the special deal of a drink and main cause for £28 and £5 supplement for the sirloin steak and lamp rump and the size was small. The upgrade from small double to standard double wasn’t that much bigger. Good job my wife didn’t come as she would be claustrophobic.

TV was big and couldn't have been old, but it only supported cable. I couldn't log into any of my streaming services or even couldn't launch YouTube. Also the breakfast was super dull tasting, salty, but otherwise super dull tasting

The staff were fabulous, the breakfast and food excellent and the room comfortable. Adding £10 for parking for one night needs to be taken into account when considering the price. The hotel looks a little jaded and is in need of a freshening up, and the area isn’t wonderful, but if working in or near Croydon this hotel is an excellent choice.

We always book this hotel. Easy to commute in London because of the good transport than driving in the city. The hotel is very clean and especially cold water available to top up your water bottles. Bedding is very comfortable. Good breakfast. Only thing is that you get loud sounds when the neighbour room door slams. All over every thing is good. Prefers to have parking free. Thank you.

Nice for overnight stay. Lobby area clean. Checked in online so easy to check in on arrival just pick up keys. Friendly staff.especially the cleaner such a lovely greeting from her. Nice dining area. Liked that there was a happy hour.

Breakfast was nice . Easy all round booking and check-in . I’ve stayed here many times . It’s good value for money and easy access into the town or London city from here . As the train and trams are nearby.
