We had a generally pleasant stay at Leonardo Hotel for three nights. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel’s location near the train station was very convenient (especially transiting from Gatwick Airport). Our room was comfortable and clean, making for a nice experience overall. However, one major downside was the noise from the room doors. Every door slammed shut with great force, even causing vibrations in our room at time. While the first night was fine, the following two nights were quite disruptive due to very frequent door slamming, which made it difficult to rest properly. If the hotel could address this issue, it would significantly improve the stay for future guests.

I have to say staff members Lorna (cleaning staff) Belle, Sarah, Georgina (reception) Michelle and Santan (restaurant) were all so attentive and lovely to interactive! Georgina always helped with my parking as a disabled badge holder, which was very thoughtful. The food was nice in the restaurant and Michelle often would greet me warmly and would often suggest great meals. Lorna who cleaned my room majority of the time was so lovely! I had a great stay and I would recommend anyone to stay! Great location to the shopping centre and boxpark
