Q-Park is 3 minutes' walk away on Charles Street, CR0 1TR, and offers preferential parking rates to guests. Please drive to the hotel where you can check-in and leave your luggage before moving your vehicle. The fee for the car park is between GBP 6.50 GBP 15 per night.
If you arrive at Q-Park after 17:00 and depart before 09:00, a special rate applies. Accessible parking is available on site for an additional fee and is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The credit card used to book the room must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. For all cash payments personal ID must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. For guests wishing to charge incidentals to their room, a deposit of GBP 20 per night is required through credit card pre-authorisation or in cash.

The personnel of the hotel were kind, friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts. The room was good, the bathroom as well and you can get it cleaned every day if you need. Family friendly place. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved the room. Really cosy, had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Delicious breakfast. It was easy and quick to get to the center. Lots of shops around the hotel. Loved it:)

Very clean and well-equipped spacious room and bathroom - excellent value for money and better than expected from a budget chain. The staff were really friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good range of branded cereals, fruit, toast and pastries, cooked options and plenty of fresh tea, coffee and juice - more than could be reasonably expected from a complimentary breakfast.

this is not my first time in this hotel, every time I enjoy staying in it. the staff was perfect, I met Mohammed Ali and others, they were so helpful and kind, and the breakfast was very good. the staff who served the breakfast was also great and kind and smiling.

Reception staff very rude when checking in ,looking for £100 deposit i didn't know about. Told me to go to ATM to get cash because I hadn't got my credit card with me after 20 minutes of rudeness he said he would accept euros in cash. Don't know how he is front of house.

Super helpful staff, great location, awesome breakfast, trully a great value for money. It's worth mentioning the super and friendly service of one of the restaurant personnel - Ruel. Keep up the good work!
