The room was very clean , could tell that it was a new hotel. Perfect location if you need to be in croydon otherwise not sure why you would be staying there. Fab hotel and smooth check in.

It was as a Hilton we are used to as always stay in a Hilton. Rose in the desk was lovely and gave us a shower room on request due to my mobility problems. But we then were given us a double bed and not a king bed which was hard to sleep in with being to large people.

On this trip I actually fell ill and the staff went over and above to help me. Also my husband had left some clothes on his last trip which again the staff went over and above to take care of until my arrival 3 months later. Truly an exceptional level of staff through out this Hilton. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello and they all seem happy. Praise must go to who recruits and uplifts the staff as it is appreciated especially as I travel international a great deal and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel may not be 5 star but the service and the extra lengths they go to is worthy of it. A hidden oasis in Croydon.
