When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted outside by the owner with a warm welcome and helpful instructions on using the excellent and convenient on-site parking. From them, after helping with our luggage, the owner gave a us tour of the delightful building and it’s facilities. Our room was decorated beautifully with amazing artwork and an incredible chandelier to boot! The linen on the bed was soft and the pillows were just right A range of breakfasts to suit any taste were offered and greatly received. This hotel is a hidden gem in a leafy London suburb with a lot to offer the weary travellers to the families or the couples looking for a pleasant and relaxed stay away. The owner has gone above and beyond to make the whole experience wonderful, highly recommended! Will stay again! :)

It feels like being part of something. It's a place where anybody fits, but doesn't fit for everybody. One can easily spot foxes and squirrels at the backyard.

The location was very good as we were attending an event at Crystal Palace Park. The room was large and spacious with patio doors opening onto a lovely garden. Cleanliness was excellent and lovely quality bedding, mattresses and towels. Continental breakfast was lovely with an abundance of cereals, tea, coffee, toast, jam and fruit etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. This Georgian/Victorian property is not like a Premier Inn but it provides a lovely flavour of real London to visitors like me. Thankyou, I would definitely return.

Our twin room was spacious with a nice view over the garden. The building is Victorian with high ceilings and large windows, which keep the rooms well lit. There is a shower in the hall but we didn't use it. Breakfast was simple but fine for us, because we just wanted a couple of coffees. There was some coffee and tea in the room with a kettle, which was nice to have as well.
