Cronulla beach is the best The guesthouse offers reasonable tariffs. Able to afford the experience without breaking the bank.

Close to Bundeena ferry. Dinner and breakfast provided and as touring cyclist most welcome.

The host was welcoming and approachable. Breakfast and dinner were included in the package. A short distance walk to the beach close to shops and transport. The amenities were clean and functional. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

For this price in Sydney it was exceptionally good value. Very clean , close to Cronulla beach, friendly staff , quiet and I felt safe as a solo female, and even a simple but adequate breakfast and dinner included!

Not the Taj Mahal but if your travelling on a budget nd need somewhere to stay that is affordable,clean, has wifi and not to mention Breakfast and dinner then Guesthouse 83 is a good place to stay.

The breakfast was ok. We weren't there for dinner. The room was comfortable and clean.

Bonus of receiving both a diner as well as a breakfast though only had cereal there was a hot breakfast available if I wanted it.
