There is a separate bathroom with a shower, hand-basin and toilet. Tea /coffee making facilities, a small fridge, plus a microwave are included. Please note this room type does not have a full kitchen. Please note that children under 3 years of age cannot be accommodated in this room type.

This deluxe room is a spacious, sunny, ground floor unit. It has a king sized bed fitted with a topper pad. Each unit has a fully equipped modern kitchenette, generous workspace, good desk lighting, and a sofa. Parking is located right outside the unit.

This family room is spacious, sunny, and on the ground floor. It offers a a king bed plus and a large LCD TV in the living room. The separate bedroom has two king single beds (can be converted to a super-king bed) with a second TV. There is a shower over bath in the bathroom. Each unit has a fully equipped modern kitchenette. Parking for cars is right outside the unit. Extra off street parking space for the boat or trailer is available close to the unit.

This upstairs deluxe king room has a double spa bath and a private outdoor balcony with table and chairs. It has a fully equipped modern kitchenette, super-king size beds fitted with a topper pad for extra comfort and a large LED TV in the room. There are leather chairs to relax in and read a book or your complimentary daily newspaper. Please note that children under the age of 13 cannot be accommodated in this room type.

This spacious apartment consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Meals can be prepared in the well-fitted kitchenette, which is equipped with a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a toaster. Such a nice stay! So clean and as a cleaner myself it’s the one thing I notice when I go away is how clean things are and I was really blown away at how spotless everything was! Such a nice room my son and I were in. Warm and cozy.

Great location for the township of Cromwell and also for using as a base to visit Queenstown, Wanaka and Alexandra. Good size unit with comfy bed and good bathroom. Very knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking host.

We visited mid-winter and had an upstairs room. Great spacoius warm and cosy room, modern stylish bathroom, comfy bed, fresh milk provided and stunning views. Parking was outside the studio, very convenient to the shopping centre.
