Everything. Our lovely host upgraded us to a garden view room and she was incredibly helpful with advising us on restaurant locations, shops etc! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location, not far from main route into town. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful, giving us directions to places to visit and restaurant recommendations. Room was huge and very comfortable. Chose room with spa bath that was lovely after a busy day. Wish we had been staying longer.

From check-in to departure the Carrick Lodge exceeded our expectations. It is possibly the most comfortable motel we have stayed in. Great beds. Small but good kitchen. Clean, nice bathroom. Friendly atmosphere.

Ideal location for exploring the area from Mt Cook, Wanaka and Queenstown. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms and motel situated across from shops and restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly host.

Was met by a friendly host, who showed me the photo of the old Cromwell town and recommended a visit, which I did and really enjoyed it. Room was situated away from the road and and was very comfortable. The motel is located in an ideal spot with the mall, being opposite.
