Loved the property , Great room and bed!! 3 Founders restaurant staff were hopeless, I work in the trade and from the minute we arrived there was no booking for us although when we checked in we made a reservation, The guy at front entry to restaurant was fairly short attitude wise he reluctantly sat us down eventually even though half the restaurant was empty on Sunday night , we waited for someone to serve us but it never happened, not even for drinks even after we tried eye balling the waiters, So after 15 mins we went up stairs to the friendly team and had a fantastic dinner and a bunch of cocktails with plenty of banter with the awesome staff up there about how they serve vs downstairs.

The property was very clean, easily accessible, and the staff were fantastic and welcoming. The facilities are amazing, close enough if you want to get out and do things but also if you just want to stay in and chill then everything is right there at your fingertips.

Comfy clean room. Staff nice and allowed a slightly later checkout of 11am which allowed us to enjoy the resort more. Buffet breakfast was delicious with variety.

Bar staff were amazing, Cheetah, Angel and RJ were awesome. Check in staff, yeah not bad. Clean facilities, comfy beds and pillows. Cleaning staff, super friendly.
