Brilliant host nothing is too much trouble, great location and food, very clean and welcoming b and b. Our second visit and there will be more.

Annette was an amazing host and offered more than any b&b we've ever stayed at. Warm welcoming and very friendly. Nothing was a bother. Breakfast was amazing.

What a lovely place, so glad we discovered it. Annette is fab and her breakfasts are amazing. She’s a very welcoming host and the BnB is absolutely superb, as are the views south towards York. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
