We were running very late to the hotel and the person who was watching the front desk was very kind and gave me a call since we were running late and he waited till we got in at 10pm.. also i found out that the hotel has been opened for over 100 years and the best part was they opened on Oct 31st.. other than that the hotel is very cute and historic and very clean. Will definitely come back again in the future.

There was no breakfast- it wasn’t advertised as having a breakfast. But dinner in the pub downstairs was good.

The location was convenient so we could find everything around the hotel. Also Jim was really kind and a great host!

The host, Jim, is very welcoming and immediately puts one at ease. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel, and it already feels almost like home. The rooms and the whole building, really, are well decorated so you really feel like you are staying at a classy resort. The beds are very comfortable and it is nice to have extra great seating in the room.

Jim was wonderful. He went out of his way to ensure he meet the request of our daughters wishes to have a bottle of champagne in the room for our birthday and was super polite and helpful.
