Located between the 2 major ferry ports on mull its a good location. Hotel room was comfy and had all the amenities.lovely tea selection in the room and cafetiere coffee that my husband really appreciated.the restaurant food was very good quality.they do add a service charge but they give you the option to remove it after the fact

The hotel is comfortable and in a very good location, close to the ferry, The view from the rooms is lovely and the grounds of the hotel are great to walk around in. Breakfast is nice with a good choice of cooked breakfasts and a continental buffet. The bar and restaurant serve dinner. The hotel is dog friendly. The lounge is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

The room was perfectly fine. Clean and comfortable. The facilities were ok but the spa area without the pool and hot water for the foot spa was a pity it wasn’t functioning.

Was in an excellent area for being able to travel around the island from north to south. Very clean and has its own beach; nature area. The head waitress in the restaurant and breakfast area was so nice and really helpful, giving us directions and ideas of where to go and find the wildlife, such a lovely lady. The waiters and bar staff and reception were so nice.

The hotel was good, comfy and warm. The spa fell short of expectations. Not very clean, pool felt very leisure centre not like a spa. The hotel expect tips on everything, even a pint at the bar.

I live on Mull but did not want to drive home after an evening function, hence booking. Have stayed before. Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Excellent choices of teas, coffees and snacks in room.
