Lake crackenback is a fantastic holiday for a family over the summer period. So much to do, Archery, Swimming, Trout fishing , Mountain bike riding, Golf, tennis, canoeing, treks, Massage, Yoga.

The checkin process was underwhelming and Mat which led us in did not bother to explain what was open and available. The room we were given had a water leak and the patio door did not lock. They changed our room for a similar class room which was available. Although why we were not given the better room to start with is strange maybe because we booked through bookings.com and not direct.

So many activities for our 8 grandchildren. A family getaway for 6 families and grandparents and was amaIng. Restaurant catered for a booking of 18 at short notice and service and food were exceptional

Beautiful scenery with loads of wildlife. We enjoyed the mountain bike route from Lake Crackenback all the way to Thredbo. Challenging but enjoyable.

We loved the breakfast with the outlook over the lake, location I feel is the best in Jindabyne.
