The hotel needs renovation, the room had a weird smell. The breakfast is ok but there is no normal coffee. The beach is the best I have had, really beautiful.

The beach is first class. Never crowded, easy access to the sea, pristine water and good snorkeling right off the shore, plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Breakfast was also nice, with an egg station and fresh waffles being made. Everything was plentiful, and we would usually be so full after breakfast, that we would skip lunch and just have dinner.

Nice location with good facilities and pool. The beach also just there but we did not stay as we went diving further. It is about 10min drive from town center (150MX$ in a taxi from the ferry pier). Check-in and checkout was very easy and staff friendly. They also offers rental cars and there is a dive shop on the premises to book diving/snorkeling (it was closed when we stayed due to high wind). The suite was spacious and clean with good air con and fridge/kitchen. A small terrace with some furniture which you could seat just outside the pool. Breakfast was great, buffet type with an egg station where they cook eggs however you like. Parking is available on the hotel property if you want to rent a car. Great stay and would recommend.

This is a wonderful location with exceptional staff and great food. The beach was perfect, and snorkelling was excellent, with Rays, Barracudas, and a whole host of sea life 10 meters from your lounger. A great beach bar is within a few yards—what's not to like? And it is very private.

Our first room smelt really damp and the main wall the bed was against was wet all over but they were quick to change it for us when we spoke to reception and the next room was fine. Most of the staff were friendly.

Clean and cozy rooms. Good drinks in beach bar. Conditioner and bodylotion in the room. Very good place to swim. The breakfast was good.

The property location is great and the beach is lovely. The location is quite close to town - a 10 dollar trip. It has some nice restaurants close by and the hotel restaurants is great but they are hire expensive, as are drinks. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the aircon was great and new.
