We just stayed one night at the end of a two week stay on Cozumel. We moved here to be closer to the ferry terminal. Many years ago, we spent a month at Mary Carmen. We were happy to see the turtles were still there. The room was clean and comfortable, well supplied. There is a kitchen and fridge available for guests to use. We were able to store our luggage until it was time for us to catch the ferry.

There is a kitchen for the guests to use. So convenient. Staff are amazing. They are very hard workers and quiet while doing their jobs. Always there to assist you if required.

Hotel was really well located in downtown Cozumel. Everything was a quick walk. It also felt very safe. The rooms were basic but fine.

i really appreciate the personal, very kind, very helpful, caring. the location was perfect, in the center, at 4-5min from the ferry, and very easy to rent a bike and move on the island from there.

The Mary Carmen Hotel is a charming small hotel in the downtown area on a pedestrian part of the 5th avenue. It was exactly what we were looking for: near restaurants, streets and boutiques to explore, walking distance from snorkeling areas like La Monina and Hemingway restaurant. It was very clean, the air conditioned worked well and wasn't noisy. It is central to go explore the north, south or east part of the island by taxi or car rental. Beach towels available at the front desk. Taxis at the corner of the street. Thanks to Miguel and all the staff for their dedication and smiles : )

Socializing in the open courtyard. Nice to have communal fridge. Excellent location. Rooms were well cleaned and tidied on a daily schedule. Hot water was 100%.
