LinenIt is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Honestly couldn’t fault the place! Extremely exceeded our expectations All the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Awesome size kitchen, pantry, clean bathroom and then the entertainment area was just unreal! Everything well kept and clean. Easy to deal with property managers and ease of entry Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future

Great location - very short trip to main Cowes shops. Decent sized rooms, air/con in most living areas, fun for kids with the small pool and the mini arcade, good place to chill for adults with the pool table, jacuzzi. Good laundry and bathrooms, nice open kitchen/living room area for gatherings/meals up to 8 people or so.

I like the fact that it was very family friendly.Free wifii.Pantry had few items to use also.Loved the rumpus room.Most areas had a TV.Entertainment area outside was amazing.Location was very good, just around the corner from the main street and local shops/ beach.
